Danielle holds a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Educational Psychology. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and an expert in MI, she serves as a coach, coder, and trainer. Currently, Dannielle is the Director of Fidelity at eSym, ensuring programs align with MI principles to enhance mental wellness effectively.

David has a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Arizona State University. He serves as an Associate Professor in Social Work at Brigham Young University. Additionally, Davids a Uniformed Clinical Psychologist in the Army National Guard and a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT).
